Local yet an important market of Lyari

Women frequent the local market in Baghdadi. The special thing about this market is that people are able to buy groceries in smaller quantities. For example, instead of 1kg of chicken a person can buy 250 grams. This makes it easier for people from low-income backgrounds to consume goods they may not have been able to otherwise. Since the security conditions of Lyari have greatly improved in recent years, more and more women are seen in public places.
